Dr. Todd Serinsky

Dr. Todd Serinsky has 15 years of clinical experience as a chiropractor and Active Release Techniques practitioner on the Main Line. His patients range from the young to the young at heart, and his philosophy is that everyone is an athlete in his/her own right, and that health and fitness can be attainable to all.

Dr. Serinsky earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, and his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Ithaca College. His post graduate interests led him to achieve certification as an Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (ICCSP), StrongFirst Training, Applied Kinesiology, as well as advanced certifications in Active Release Techniques®.

Dr. Serinsky lectures locally and nationally on topics such as “Active Aging”; “Be Fit, Be Free” and “Functional Movement: Your Every Day Activity”

Dr. Tyler Vaughan

Dr. Tyler Vaughan is a dedicated health care practitioner who believes that maintaining good health and fitness is crucial for longevity.  By combining exercise prescription with chiropractic and soft tissue techniques, he is able to deliver sustainable results for his patients, assisting them in attaining their unique health and fitness goals. As an ART trained practitioner, he has some of the best tools to get patients better, quickly.

Dr. Vaughan grew up in Ithaca, New York (Ithaca is Gorges!) and obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, TX.  Dr. Vaughan completed his undergraduate studies in Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University, and also earned a Master of Science degree in Strength and Human Performance.

Prior to his secondary education, Dr. Vaughan enlisted as a Navy Corpsman and served as such for eight years.  In the service, Dr. Vaughan travelled to Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, Brunei, Cuba, the Middle East and all across the United States of America.

Dr. Vaughan learned about chiropractic care after a back injury while in college and was inspired by not only the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment that he received, but also the ease of access to care that the profession provided.

Dr. Vaughan enjoys weightlifting, collecting sneakers and trying obscure and crazy snacks from all around the world!

Lori Piccone, Licensed Massage Therapist

Lori has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. She graduated with honors from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy after completing a 650-hour program of classroom and clinical work. Working closely with the doctors, Lori tailors every massage session to each patient’s needs. Techniques include deep tissue, sports, neuromuscular, and traditional Swedish massage. She is also certified in massage cupping and Chinese Gua Sha, both of which improve blood flow and mobility.

Adam Sharp, Licensed Massage Therapist

Adam has been a licensed massage therapist since 2012, having graduated from the Cortiva Institute/PA School of Muscle Therapy.  He has worked in both private practice as well as various medical practices and enjoys collaborating with other healing professionals.  Adam’s techniques include: Swedish, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Gua Sha, Cupping and Trigger Point work.  As a well-rounded massage therapist,  he works to find the right techniques for each individual client, whether for acute injury, chronic pain or simply to improve quality of life.

Laura Serinsky – Practice Manager and Patient Advocate

Laura has been the practice manager at Westside Wellness since 2005, and in that time has helped oversee its expansion and growth as a partner in the Main Line Community. Laura graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biology, and earned Master’s degrees in Social Services and Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College. She is passionate about her work on behalf of persons with disabilities and spent much of her graduate and post graduate years working with the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago, Action AIDS in Philadelphia, the Mill Creek School in Philadelphia and Congreso de Latinos Unidos in North Philadelphia. She actively helps advocate for accessible patient care, and can be found volunteering with our community partners to raise awareness and funding for needed community services.

Amy Pasnak, Office Manager

Amy has been a part of our team since 2012. She studied business at Widener University and has worked in medical administration for more than 20 years, previously serving as an office manager at satellite offices of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, working out, reading a great book on the beach, and spending time with her husband, her two daughters and her two dogs.

Carla McKeon, Chiropractic Assistant

Carla has been with the Westside Wellness team since December 2017. After raising her 4 children, Carla became the office manager in her husband’s investment advisory firm. Her organization and people skills are an asset to our practice. Carla enjoys tennis, music, gardening, and spending time with her family.
