Outside of doctor prescribed exercises, our in-house personal training program offers a custom Corrective Exercise program centered on each individuals specific goals. The goals could vary from weight-loss, injury prevention, flexibility/yoga training, core/trunk stability and overall strength conditioning. What does Corrective Exercise mean? In short- learn how to exercise in a safe way!
